Former offenders often struggle with lack of education and employment opportunities, limited housing options, substance abuse, and an overall lack of life and social skills, among other issues. The Reentry & After Care program seeks to fill the service gap for young men ages 16-21, providing case management and connecting them to the resources they need to transition back into the community and avoid recidivism. We offer a variety of programs that span seven domains which we have identified as presenting the greatest challenges to the men we serve. Upon enrollment, young men identify the top three domains in which they most need assistance.
